|A rice pilaf & a green veggie would be a nice side dishes!|
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 T. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. BBQ sauce
Brown chicken in hot oil. Season with salt & pepper. Place in 9 x 13" dish. Sprinkle with the onion.
Combine the sauces & pour over the chicken. Cover with foil & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes. Check the chicken to make sure the juices run clear.
NOTE: I really think this could be prepared in a slow cooker & cooked on low, all day.
