Raspberry Whipped Sensation Pie

Can I tempt you with some cool refreshing dessert?

This pie is perfect for summertime and can be used with other berries.  I know, I know, everyone is worried about the cyclospora outbreak, but I washed my raspberries, just like I always do.  Some people don't like Cool Whip, but I really like it , just like I like real whipped cream, and whipped cream in the can.  They're all good in my book!

My Royal Albert July teacup is being used today.  It's so pretty and one of my favorites in the monthly series.  The fruit flavored Blackberry and Raspberry infusion is so delicious and a beautiful color, too.

Of course this beautiful Fitz and Floyd teapot that is adorned with raspberries is gracing my table.

Yield: 1 pie
Author: Kitty, but recipe is adapted from Kraft
Raspberry Whipped Sensation Pie

Raspberry Whipped Sensation Pie

The original recipe from Kraft was done in a loaf pan, but I have made it over the years into a pie. I've made it with strawberries, blackberries, and my favorite raspberries. Using a mix of berries would be delicious, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries, plus some extra for garnishing
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 Oreo, chocolate or graham cracker cookie crust

Instructions

  1. MASH 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  2. FROST with additional COOL WHIP. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
  3. If desired, garnish with additional raspberries before serving.

Thank you for your visit!  xo  I will be back in two weeks.

I'm sharing with these parties:

  1. Kitty, I have made this recipe many times using strawberries. I had forgotten about this recipe, but it is perfect for the hot days of summer. The Fitz & Floyd teapot is stunning. Years ago when I was going to market in Atlanta, I loved visiting their showroom and seeing the new collections.

    Wishing you a beautiful day❤️

  3. Another recipe idea of using other fruits.e that reminded me of a recipe in the back of my recipe box/tin...thanks for the reminder to dig it out. I, like Pam have made it many times using strawberries, but I love the idea of using other fruits such as raspberries. Yummy! AND I agree with you...I love Cool Whip and real whipped cream AND whipped cream in a can...spurt squirt! LOL I am a hopeless whipped cream addict any way any time. Your F&F teapot is so pretty...I have several pieces and I love the uniqueness of each piece. And the Blackberry & raspberry tea sounds wonderful. Thanks for another wonderful teatime adventure. Hugs always my friend.🥰🫖☕️🍰

  5. Pretty teatime essentials, and the raspberry pie looks great, in spite of cyclospora. CDC called and grilled on all the things.......

I have a raspberry patch in my garden, so I can go pick fresh raspberries and make this pie.
