I have an easy fudge recipe with just three ingredients!
The fudge is cut into small pieces so we can indulge in a piece or two, and we can sip some Festive Spice tea and get warmed by the fire on this chilly day, while we listen to the Christmas music channel playing on the TV.
Aren't my little birdies so cute? My sweet friend Kris from Junk Chic Cottage shared her Christmas birdie collection recently, and I went to Target and got the little baking ones. The birds come with tags on their feet with the year and their name. I thought they looked cute with my baking Santa.
My poinsettia plate was painted by my Aunt Kitty; poinsettia teacup was given to me by my darling daughter; the gingerbread looking bird is called Glaze; the female chef bird is called Smidgen, and the male chef bird is called Dash; the poinsettia handkerchief was from my little mom.
This fudge is so easy and perfect for gifting.
Here it is all swirled and ready to set aside before cutting.
Yield: 60 small pieces

Tiger Butter Fudge
The original recipe stated that it made 18 servings, but I cut 60 pieces. People often just want a little taste of something, especially during the hoildays.
Ingredients
- 1 pound white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped (I used Almond Bark).
- 1 cup peanut butter
- About 6 ounces dark or semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with foil.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave according to package directions, stirring and melting in intervals.
- Stir the peanut butter into the melted white chocolate until well combined. Pour mixture into the prepared 9 x 13" baking dish, and smooth top with a spatula.
- Melt dark or semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave according to package directions, being careful not to scorch. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the white chocolate-peanut butter mixture in stripes. Use a butter knife to make a marble pattern.
- Allow candy to set until it begins to firm up but is not solidified, about 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
- Store in the fridge.
Thank you for your visit! xo

I'm sharing with these parties:

OOOHHHH thank you, kitty! I decided earlier tonight to make fudge for my old choir friends and their husbands - we're getting together at the local country club for a fancy dinner and I wanted to give them their cards and a little something and I thought FUDGE! I will try this recipe - though my 9 x 13 baking pan is missing. Someone borrowed it and I haven't any idea who - may have to get another one tomorrow - I guess one can have two if I ever get it back. Love your pretty and festive poinsettia tea table. ♥
