Maple Pecan Pie Bars and Stuffed Peppers

It finally cooled off here enough to have the fireplace going! Maple Pecan Pie bars were made in advance to freeze for Thanksgiving.  I updated my recipe for  Pecan Pie Bars by subbing maple syrup for the honey in the recipe.

I put a bud vase inside this glass vase, and inserted some of my collection of pine cones in the large one.  Does anyone else love pone cones like I do?

This Fitz and Floyd teapot is such a beautiful work of art and one that I've truly loved using.

Isn't the mushroom/acorn top just so pretty on the leaf with the berries?  Maple Espresso tea from Trader Joe's is what's inside.

My Johnson Bros English Countryside teacup is where I want to jump right into the scene.

This pretty cutwork table runner was from my beloved mom and the napkin was from my late Great Aunt Kitty.  The platter is English Countryside, also, and matches the teacup.

If you'd like a good recipe for Stuffed Peppers, click here.  They're so good, and my late beloved hubby loved them.  I prefer the red, orange or yellow peppers for stuffing, and I cut them in half when they're so large.

Happy Thanksgiving blessings to each of you and thank you for your visit!   I am grateful to each of you that takes the time to read my little blog.   xo

I'm sharing with these parties:
