My friend Linda, treated me to the most wonderful Spring Tea at the Dallas Arboretum, for my birthday. Even though my birthday was in February, Linda waited for Dallas Blooms so that we could enjoy the beautiful tulips and azaleas.
This was the fabulous menu, and my first time having tea at the Arboretum. It's an unbelievable experience to be sure!
The Spinach Pear soup in demitasse cups was divine!
The first course on the tiered tray was garnished so perfectly. Isn't the "rose" on top, such a pretty display?
Everything was so fabulous!
This was the third course with all the delicious desserts. A different tea accompanied each course. I was in heaven!
Can you believe all these gorgeous tulips, pansies, petunias and alyssum?
This was one of two peacocks that they created, and the train is made of assorted flowers.
More gorgeous tulips....
and more...
....and then assorted colors of blooming azaleas throughout the grounds. It was the most wonderful afternoon. Thank you so very much, Linda!
Thank you for your visit! xo
