We had a cold beginning to the first week of Spring, but then it warmed up.
I was wanting a comforting meal, and had a chuck roast in the freezer from before meat prices started to skyrocket, and fixed it. Saturday was so nice and I worked in my backyard, side yard, and front yard. It takes awhile to clean up from winter, and it took me all day. I was thankful that I had leftovers to warm up with this delicious pot roast.
