My chef Santa is presiding at the head of the table. I made the canning jar scene, which you can find here.
The plates that I was able to find at Homegoods. Isn't this a pretty scene?
I also made the Santa wine sack a couple of years ago, which is made out of red minkee, white fur and a velvet belt with pretty rhinestone buckle.
I make this pinecone cheeseball every Christmas. You can find the recipe here. It's so good, easy, but looks impressive. I'm serving it on my Wilton Armetale platter, with a Santa spreader.
How about some Texas Millionaires for the sweet tooth? The recipe can be found here.

Your little cosy party is quite festive, thanks for "sharing" with me!!
Hugs.

Hi Kitty,
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I have to tell you that I LOVE those Christmas dishes. I saw them two or three years ago at our HomeGoods, and I wish I had gotten some. Yours look so pretty. :)
Your Santa Chef is so cute, as is your Santa bag. I love the mason jar scene; I'm going to try making one of those because I've seen so many pretty ones online.
Last, but not least, the pine cone cheese ball looks so tasty and pretty for Christmas. I've pinned the recipe to my Pinterest account; I remember this from last Christmas. Thanks for sharing it again.
Merry Christmas, Kitty!

Hi Kitty~ I always look forward to seeing what's cooking in your kitchen! Your pinecone cheese ball is beautiful! I've made one before with almonds instead of pecans. I love your chef Santa and adorable wine bottle holder! Wishing you & your family a Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYUM! It all looks so good, and your Santa is stylin'! Mine is a little more sedate, prob too much egg nog!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking to Let's Dish, and have a very Merry Christmas, Kitty!
You did a really great job with that cheese ball pine cone, Kitty! I have seen those from time to time, but yours turned out REALLY good!!! It actually looks like a pine cone!!! The rosemary embellishment looks great with it! You KNOW I'm jealous that you made that Santa wine bag. I think I will make it a New Year's resolution to resume learning to sew. I'd probably be better off going ahead and shaving my head Brittany Spears bald right now, because I know I'm gonna rip every strand out!!! I'm a grown woman, though, and it's time I knew how to sew a button on for myself! I really hope that you and your family have a great Christmas, Kitty. I know you won't get any coal in your stocking because you're such a nice person! Enjoy!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Kitty! Oh, what a lovely little table set up for the nibbles. What a cute little kitchen Santa! Oh, your cheeseball is just so pretty and I've copied your recipe for it. I make Millionaires too but use the parafin. I wonder what the difference would be using the shortening. Softer maybe.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
